Shipping Policy

At Teacher's Pet, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find all the details on our shipping, delivery, and pickup options.

Shipping Within the U.S.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only using UPS Ground. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: $20 on all U.S. orders under $120

Free Shipping: Orders over $120 (before tax) qualify for free shipping

Shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout.

Local Delivery & Pickup

We offer free local delivery and in-store pickup for nearby customers:

Free Local Delivery: Available for customers within our designated delivery radius (details shown at checkout)

Free Local Pickup: Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready. Pickup is available during regular store hours.

Physical Products Only

All products sold are physical items. We do not offer digital downloads or virtual goods at this time.

Additional Notes

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground

You will receive tracking information once your order ships

We do not currently ship to PO boxes or addresses outside the U.S.
