Students first read a passage and then answer questions based upon the text. Students will learn to identify genres, identify statements as T/F, identify the author's purpose, and how to use context clues to find definitions, among other exercises; each question sets concludes with a personal reflection writing assignment. The included answer key features reduced-size pages with the correct answers overlaid in pink ink.
